A light hearted movie about the pure hearted and simple bond between a litte boy and a mythical sea creature called the waterhorse. The movie stems from a situation where the little boy, who struggles with himself for reasons of inconfidence, mothers a baby waterhorse in the secrecy of an old workshop next to his home.
